TRAINING SCHEDULE OPTIONS
THE DANCER METHOD
Here are three training schedules so you can remove the guess work and follow a set plan.
-Find Your Flow is for people just beginning their movement journey, this will still be challenging but you have more breaks between classes making this a 7 week course instead of 4.
-In Your Groove is for intermediate movers with one class per day, doubling up on the active rest days.
-Full Out is for people ready for a physical and mental challenge, stacking two modules, 4 days a week, this version of the course is the most physically demanding. This is for those who already have experience training and moving, and want to become even stronger, more flexible, coordinated, and creative.
